We are happy to accept returned items and exchange for the selected items, within 30 days, if unwashed and unworn, with labels and tags attached, and proof of purchase is provided. Please note that we do not accept returns for pre-order items for any reasons. Pre-order items are made according to customers' request and customers are liable to double check and ensure the correct measurement sizes are given to us upon order placement.
We do not offer cash refund but we allow you to exchange for store credit. However, all the items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date for all countries orders. Please be aware that this will be at your own return delivery cost. All return shipping charges must be prepaid and all original postage fees is not added to your credit.
Store Credit is sent via email and valid for 1 year and can only be used for full priced items.
Returned items are processed within 4 days of receiving your items.
Please keep in mind that we do not provide and do not cover any shipping cost and any custom fees.

We will not accept any returned items which we receive past 30 days from purchase date.
The items must be received in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags still attached, and free from any dirt, parfume smell, or make up stains.
Any damages caused by wear and tear, such as button off or broken zipper or stitching will not be accepted as a return item.
We have always been so careful and meticulous when inspecting our items before we send them out to our customers to maintain our high quality product. However, if you happen to receive a faulty item, please return the faulty item back to us. We will then resend the new item of the same style, size and colour back to you. The shipping cost will be reimbursed as store credits.
If you use airmail or non express post that causes your parcel arrive later than 30 days return time frame. We have the right to refuse your returned parcel and it will be sent back to you.
If your returned item does not meet above criteria and standards, we reserve the right to refuse and deny any returned item.
Purchasing our product means you have accepted our terms and conditions. You have also accepted the possibility of a slight variation in color and site specifications. Color may look slightly different via website due to picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
We suggest you to have insurance and tracking record shipping for your return items. We cannot offer exchange for missing or lost items. Once we receive your returned items, please allow 4 days for it to be processed.
