Currently, we only deliver to Australia. Estimated delivery time is from the date the item is shipped, normally a day after the order process is completed. Please allow 5 additional days for pre-order items. Purchases which include pre-order items will be delivered all together within pre-order delivery time range, unless purchases for non pre-order items are made separately.
On certain cases, during holiday seasons, delivery time may take longer than usual. Please allow additional days for your order to arrive during that time.
Please note that your parcel needs to be signed upon delivery. If no one is available to sign and collect the goods, the parcel may be delivered to your local post office for pick up. You must provide correct and complete address, and one contact telephone number.
Notice: All orders are shiped with duty unpaid. All taxes and/or duties and/or customs fees will be the responsibility of the addressee. Please contact your local custom office for further information as different countries may have different policies.
